What happens when a lifelong city-dweller buys a farm? Award-winning New Zealand writer Bruce Ansley joins Jim Mora on RNZ's Sunday Morning to discuss The Farm, his new memoir about the trials and tribulations of swapping urban life for a rural dream on Banks Peninsula. 

Bruce wrote for the New Zealand Listener for nearly two decades, before becoming a full-time author in 2007. His books include Down South, Wild Journeys, A Fabled Land, Islands, and Coast.
