Truck's First Trip

Come along for the ride as Truck goes on her first four-wheel-drive adventure with her new friend, Shorty.

Together they explore deep into one of the South Island's glacial river valleys. Along the way, Truck finds out just how cold a river can be, what matagouri is, and why Shorty smells.

And she finds out that to become a real truck, you might need to get a few scratches.

4WD author Mark Wilson and illustrator Sam Moore team up on the perfect introduction for any young adventurer to the joys of exploring off-road.
