Chris Nelson has been a forestry professional for over half a century. Like many in the profession, it has been a tremendously rewarding experience for him, despite the many changes and challenges the industry has undergone during that period.

However other aspects of life have also been equally important to him, particularly family and friends. Outdoor activities also largely feature, including hunting, motorcycle riding and sea kayaking. At this stage of his life, he believes there are still more adventures and excitement around the corner, to keep him entertained.
