About the Author

For most of their gardening lives Kath and Jason have gardened in very different environments, Kath in the lower north island and Jason in the lower south. The book is all the richer for it.

Kath Irvine is an organic gardener, author, and longtime advocate for edible gardens. She's been teaching food growing to Kiwi gardeners for 25 years.
