About the Author
Carol grew up in Christchurch and is married to Don. They moved to t he Motueka region in 1995 and have three sons and three grandchildren. Carol is a primary school teacher who has specialised in teaching children who struggle with literacy. The first books she had published were resources for teachers, published by User Friendly Resources.This is the second book in the Patchwork Bear series. Carol has also written four children's books featuring New Zealand native birds and four chapter books about dragons, for older children.
