Aged forty-four (ish), I went up three dress sizes and gained a belly I'd
never had before... Hello, perimenopause!

THIS IS HOW I LOST THE WEIGHT.

FOUR ways to regulate your hormones and FEEL
FABULOUS for anyone on their perimenopause journey.

SAFE. NATURAL. SIMPLE.

No hidden costs or tricks.

No complicated systems or diets.

Just four behavioral changes you can implement at home.

We won't be counting calories or weighing ourselves.

We definitely won't be restricting our food intake.

We are aiming to balance hormones and then enjoy the health benefits of being in homeostasis, such as weight loss.

Note. My PhD is in health psychology, so while I am not a medical doctor nor a nutritionist, I know a lot about the brain and body, and this book contains a curated list of expert advice I'vecollected over the years.

Using the method described in this book, I saw a reduction
in belly fat within a few weeks.

Four simple steps.

This is what worked for me.

Four for Forty.

About the Author

Dr. Margot Darragh obtained her PhD in health psychology ten years ago, after a longtime interest in both health and psychology.

Health psychology considers how the way we think, feel, and behave affects our physical health. How our thoughts impact our stress response, how our immune system can be influenced by our emotions, and how our behaviors impact our overall health.

In Four for Forty, she has applied her science and research background plus information she's absorbed over the years to provide an easy-to-adopt, four step approach to reversing perimenopausal weight gain.

Dr. Darragh lives in Auckland, New Zealand, working for a tertiary institute and writing fiction in her spare time.
