Meet Olivia Moore and take a look at the beautiful recipes in her cook book, That Green Olive. Olivia is a recipe creator and food photographer, living in Taupō. She comes from a foodie family – her twin sister is a chef, and they learned to cook as children, making use of the fish from the lake and venison their dad brought back from the bush.Everyone has a food story — the recipes and ingredients they've grown up with and grown used to. In That Green Olive, Olivia shares her story, and how to find joy in the kitchen by mixing things up a little.Drawing inspiration from Kiwi classics, our best-loved restaurants and Olivia's lakeside hometown itself, That Green Olive gives you the choice to be a little bit fancy, whether it's beer and Gruyère scones or a tasty 'Nduja prawn'.
