Angelo Georgalli is the man behind The Game Chef, a successful, international television series and cookbook of the same name, and the follow-up publication, Angelo’s Wild Kitchen. Now a Fish & Game Ranger, his down to earth, great-outdoors style of cooking has taken him from successful cafes and delis like The Fridge in Auckland to the beautiful wilderness of the Cardrona Valley and Wanaka in the South Island. His passion for wild foods, foraging, and eating as naturally, freshly and locally as possible is the cornerstone of his latest cookbook.
