Alan Parr

Alan is a Dad of two originally from Liverpool, England who has called Auckland, New Zealand, home for the last 20 years. He has been a screenwriter and editor for Mukpuddy since 2017, writing on Quimbo's Quest (Netflix), The Drawing Show, Jandal Burn, Barefoot Bandits and The Adventures of Tumeke Space (TVNZ). Previously he was one of the lead writers on The Moe Show. He has worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years with roles including Studio Camera Operator, Director, Puppeteer and Stand-Up Comedy. Alan is also a qualified Secondary School Teacher and has worked in all areas and ages of education from pre-school Theatre in Education to University lecturer.
