Sabur Malik

Sabur is an expert in financial law, holding a Master's degree in Law (LLM: Banking and Finance Law) with distinction from the University of London (lead UCL), where he graduated top of his year. His research has been published by leading academic publishers, including Oxford University Press' Capital Markets Law and Sweet & Maxwell's Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation.

Sabur's passion for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is deeply personal. With ADHD himself, and a family that includes members with autism, ADHD, and Asperger's Syndrome, he is profoundly committed to this cause. He has represented parents pro bono to secure vital educational provisions, including Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

In this book, Sabur combines legal knowledge with practical advice to empower parents to obtain essential provisions that their children are legally entitled to.
