Starting out working as a chef at Google, to a food editor at Delicious magazine, to being flown overseas to cook with Matt Preston, Sam is now freelancing in both media and behind the pans. She has built a career of writing recipes and cooking for various publications and people. Known for recipes that work, are complex in flavour, simple in execution and drool-worthy in how they are styled. This rare set of skills makes people respond to her recipes as authentic, honest and yum.
