Biography
Starting out working as a chef at Google, to a food editor at Delicious magazine, to being flown overseas to cook with Matt Preston, Sam is now freelancing in both media and behind the pans. She has built a career of writing recipes and cooking for various publications and people. Known for recipes that work, are complex in flavour, simple in execution and drool-worthy in how they are styled. This rare set of skills makes people respond to her recipes as authentic, honest and yum. She writes recipes with humor and personality with the intention to make cooking at home one of the best things to do with your day.
