Vietnam Anzacs Australian Edition: Australians and New Zealanders in the Vietnam War
Synopsis
There are over 340 photographs, maps and diagrams to help the reader understand the many operations and battles fought in the Phuoc Tuy Province and the northern border area. The Foreword has been written by General the Hon Sir Peter Cosgrove. It also includes a comprehensive Roll of Honour of the 558 Australian and New Zealand men and women who died as a result of serving in the War. There is also a major Index covering people, places and units. We believe that we have been able to publish a book that is the very best on this subject. Thanks must be extended to the Australian Battalion Associations and the New Zealand Company Associations whose help and advice made this book a reality.. This is a record, for Veterans and their Families, to give them a clearer understanding, and to pass on to the next generation, what actually happened, and the sacrifices that were made by some remarkable people.
