Lucy Godoroja has always had an interest in the creative process, whether through the handcrafts of sewing and needlework or jewellery making, to the design of large or small objects. She owns a popular button shop in Newtown, Australia, called ‘All Buttons Great and Small’.
Peter Goes lives in Belgium, where he works as a freelance illustrator. He has also worked as a stage manager and studied animation at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (KASK) in Ghent, Belgium.
Matiu TahiMatiu was born and raised in the valleys of the Te Urewera. He is the archetypical Tuhoe who has maintained a life-long involvement with his Tuhoe heritage. Modest about growing up around people of a different time, of a world long past, he draws on their knowledge, on their stories, on their practices to help people navigate the ever-changing world.Charlotte GoguelCharlotte a German New Zealander who was born and raised along the beautiful coast of Te Whanga-nui-a-Tara. She is trained and experienced in architecture and design, both in Wellington and overseas. Her te reo journey introduced her to the wonderful art of mau rakau. She has a love of culture, te ao Maori and desires to bring people together and share knowledge.

Doug Gold has had a long and successful media career. With a business partner, he set up the More FM radio network and, later, was a founding partner of NRS Media, an international media company with offices in London, Atlanta, Toronto and Sydney. He has won numerous broadcasting awards and consulted to major media networks globally. He lives in Wellington with his wife, Anemarie.
Irma Gold is an award-winning author and editor of books for adults and children. She is the author of five picture books and Ambassador for the ACT Chief Minister’s Reading Challenge. Irma is also Co-Host of the Secrets from the Green Room podcast. Susannah Crispe is a Canberra-based children’s book illustrator with a background in zoology and art history and a love of beautifully crafted books.

J.M. Goldie is a New Zealand author of young adult fantasy books and stories for children. With a Bachelor of Arts from Auckland University, a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Auckland University of Technology and a career writing news, magazine, website, marketing and UX content, she's been writing from the get go. She's also a songwriter and you can listen to her songs (and voice) on Spotify under the band name Massive Crush. When she's not writing, she's hanging with her family, watching any kind of science fiction or fantasy movie, listening to music, reading or traveling.
