Sarah Tuck is the tour de force behind food & recipe blog www.fromthekitchen.co.nz home in the kitchen for as long as she can and is the CEO of Dish magazine. While Sarah has no formal cooking training, she has been at home in the kitchen for as long as she can remember.
Jon Tucker is a kiwi ex-teacher turned adventurer whose piratical black ketch is the only home he and his wife Barbara owned for most of their lives. For nearly three decades they and their five sons extensively sailed the waters of New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific. Their accumulated experiences have provided Jon with sufficient material, both true and imaginative, to write this linked series of environmental adventure books.

Raukura Turei (Ngā Rauru Kītahi, Taranaki, Ngāti Pāoa, Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki) was born in 1987 in Tāmaki Makaurau, where she also lives and works with her partner Moko and two daughters. She received her Masters of Architecture (Prof) from the University of Auckland in 2011 and registered as an Architect with the NZRAB in 2015.
