Martinette Williams is a singer/songwriter living in Dunedin, New Zealand with her husband and two children. She graduated from Otago University in 2012. Everything She Wanted is her debut novel. You can find her original music on all streaming platforms.
Madi Williams (Ngati Kuia, Ngati Koata, Ngati Apa ki te Ra To, Rangitane o Wairau) is a lecturer at the University of Canterbury where she researches the boundaries of history and the inclusion of Indigenous and non-Western perspectives in Aotearoa New Zealand and South Pacific histories. Madi is the recipient of a 2021 Judith Binney Writing Award, which will help her prepare a book based on her PhD thesis on the histories of Ngati Kuia.

From her earliest memories, Kate has enjoyed creating, foraging, painting, photographing and finding unique, stylish ways to accentuate the beauty around her. Today Kate styles and creates beautiful interior settings in her after-hours, around her full-time job as a general manager for a professional services firm. She believes that it is the building and preserving of memories and traditions throughout our lives that helps contribute to a greater sense of belonging.

Dr Jane Williams has been working with families and young children for over 45 years. She is the Director of ToddlerROO, KindyROO and GymbaROO, and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the College of Health Sciences at James Cook University, Queensland. Dr Tessa Grigg is the Research and Education Manager for ToddlerROO, KindyROO and GymbaROO, and a part-time lecturer and teaching assistant at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. She has extensive experience in teaching and child development.
