The full catalogue includes books by Māori writers, illustrators, editors and translators; original works in te reo Māori, as well as books in English; some books originally written by non-Māori authors; and books on Māori history, themes or topics, some with non-Māori writers or contributors.

The Coalition for Books Ngā Pukapuka Māori 2024 Catalogue is a collaboration featuring books from a range of publishers across Aotearoa. It brings together recent and forthcoming books for adults and children, fiction and non-fiction.
